QuestionVomiting Black (blood?)
DetailsYesterday 3/26 at 1am I woke up with sever stabbing stomach pains. I started vomiting and having liquid diareah. I was up all night in the bathroom. At 1pm I took my temp and it was 99.1 by 5pm it was 102.1, with a fever reducer. I couldn't keep any liquids down at all. I went to bed and was able to sleep all night. I woke up this morning and felt alot better, still having nausea and diareah. Well at about 7pm I started feeling better and ate something, I took about 3 or 4 bites and went and threw up what I ate and about half a cup of black liquid. I can keep down water and don't have a fever anymore, I don't know if I should go to the doctor. I am fairly sure I have salmonella because I recently got a reptile, but have read they do not treat salmonella in healthy adults(I am 23)
