Early last week I came down with a pretty bad head cold. By Tuesday I was up all night with severe ear pain and at the doctors office Wednesday morning. The Dr. said that I had an ear infection and Rx'd me Ceftin. I have been taking it every twelve hours since. My congestion is pretty much all cleared up but my ear feels so clogged. It keeps popping but never clears. Is there anything I can do?

I reccomend that you buy some peroxide and ear swabs, give them a nice cleaning. Hopefully that will help, if that doesn\'t work pour some cool water in your ear.. i know it sounds weird but it works.
